Returns & Damages

At ilaysa, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number along with clear photos and video of the item and packaging so our team can review your request.

Any claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
