Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping within the UAE.

We operate on a pre-order basis and each piece is tailored after your order is placed. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for production.

For UAE orders, delivery takes approximately 2 working days after production is completed.

For international orders, once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–6 working days, depending on your location. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee transit times once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos and videos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Lost Packages

Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Ilaysa is not liable for lost or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not collected and are returned to us due to non-pickup will incur a return shipping fee. This amount will be deducted from any approved refund, if applicable.
